DON'T fish a place 98.9% of the time

On any one particular fishing scenario, our Fishing Calendar's "window-period" is usually only about 18 days per year. And on average the "Timing Details" on our gameplans are only satisfied around 12 days per year, on average. Also, for various reasons (darkness is often not recommended, bright sun is also not often recommended, etc.) the best catching that day often falls w/in roughly an 8 hour period.

Yep, that's 98.9% of the time we don't fish there! But because we have around 105 scenarios on our member's tailored Fishing Calendars, they have around 1260 fishing "days" per year from which to chose from (12 days times the 105 scenarios)!
